Katie Telford grew up in the beautiful town of Gibsons, B.C., and has been passionate about skincare since the age of 12. She began her career in aesthetics in 2011 and is a proud graduate of Blanche Macdonald. Over the years, Katie has gained extensive training with multiple skincare lines and certifications in various laser technologies, allowing her to offer a wide range of treatments tailored to her clients’ needs. Katie’s true joy comes from helping others feel confident and radiant in their own skin. She loves creating a safe and relaxing environment where clients can unwind, be pampered, and leave feeling their best. When she’s not working, Katie enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and exploring nature through hiking, snowboarding, and beach days. Previous History… Having worked over 15 years as a Certified Dental Assistant with a focus in Aesthetic Dentistry and Oral Surgery in BC (Whistler, Prince George and Vancouver), Dr. Gareau recognizes the importance of facial appearance and overall wellness and uses this knowledge in her practice daily. A former member of the Canadian Mogul Freestyle Ski Team, Dr. Gareau assisted in the development of the Vancouver Freestyle Ski Team, coaching provincial level athletes as well as beginner leagues for young mogul skiers in the lower mainland.

Her competitive experience and passion for the outdoors has allowed her to understand the importance of skin health, injury prevention, proper nutrition and optimal health in order to give your best performance.

Raised in Prince George, B.C. Dr. Gareau continues to in still in her own son the beauty of the outdoors and can often be found paddling on the water, biking, hiking, skiing, travelling and enjoying good food with friends and family, lots of laughter and bonfires in the evening!

Linsey also supports SkinFocus’ marketing and social media efforts, blending her expertise in skincare with a client-focused approach to care.
